Spring has sprung!
Spring has truly sprung down here at the brewery and finally with the removal of all restrictions we are able to get back to one of the things that we love doing -- hosting people and showcasing off our amazing location.
Extended opening hours:
From the 7th May we are delighted to announce that we are offering extended opening hours at the weekend. We will now be open 10-6pm Saturday and Sunday across the rest of Spring and into the Summer. Our opening hours midweek remain the same - 10-4.30pm.
Open Tap Nights featuring food pop ups
We are open across the Spring and Summer for our open tap nights. Each evening we will play host to a number of local artisan foodies who we are delighted to showcase. Serving from 5.30 (in the main, please check closer to the date for confirmed times) until 8.30 pm or the food runs out.
6th May - Las Paelleras - Mexican serving from 6pm
3rd June - Cheddleton Oatcakes - Jubilee Weekend
1st July - Crescent Catering - with delicious Pizza's
5th August - The Travelling Taverna - Greek food on the go
2nd September - Cheddleton Oatcakes
7th October - Nasi Lemak Manchester - Thai food
Food Pop ups
Thats not all! We are delighted that across the summer we will be hosting a number of other occasions when you can pop down to the brewery, go for a walk grab a refreshment and enjoy some locally produced food curtesy of Cally and Ivan from Cheddleton Oatcakes. They have now been to the brewery a number of times and their food has been a resounding success. Perfect lunch time filler for all the family, the oatcakes are a delicious accompaniment to a pint and have served as the perfect prefuel or refuel after a "stroll" to hanging stone or Luds Church! We haven't had chance to try the savoury version yet but rumour has it that they are very, VERY good.

The Queen's Jubilee Weekend
Open across all of the jubilee weekend 10 - 6pm and offering food all day on 2nd / 3rd and 4th June from Cheddleton Oatcakes.
