Tonight we’ve two very special offerings for you to enjoy. We’ve got the launch of Full Fat, our latest seasonal beer. This 4.6% ABV milk porter gives a big hit of chocolate with

hints of treacle & liquorice in its flavour.

There will be some great food with a delicious Nepalese curry to help stave off any nip off autumn in the air.

So, with a well-stocked bar, food,  and a good mix of friends and friendly folk it all looks set to be a great night at the tap. Who knows, we might even have to light the fire!

Tap Night – first Friday of every month

Our brand new seasonal beer and a great offering of spectacular food will take centre stage at tomorrow’s Brewery Tap Night.

Brewery Tap Night

First Friday of every month

Open 5:30 pm until close

‘Ratter’ came on stream this week as our seasonal offering for July and August. This is a pale and light, 4.3% ABV summer wheat beer. Easy-drinking Ratter is perfectly in tune with the hot, dry start to summer with plenty of fruit character coming through from the Olicana and Hallautau Blanc hops.

To complement our delicious beer, we’ll be enhancing the evening of sun at the brewery with paella and Sangria from around 6:30 pm.

Coming hot on the heels of last week’s festival it looks like everything is stacking up for another fab night in Wincle.

We do hope you’ll join us.

It’s that time again. Time to unwind, start the weekend and relax with a well-earned pint at the brewery tap.

Brewery Tap Night

First Friday of every month

Open 5:30 pm until close

This month we plan on making the most of the unseasonably good weather.

So, in addition to the usual offering of Wincle’s best beer. We’ll be heading outdoors, firing up the barbeque and tapping our feet to some fabulous tunes.

The music will come courtesy of Squeezy Pete and his band. They will be setting the rustic scene with traditional English folk music.

Meanwhile, we’ll be continuing what is fast becoming a regular culinary fixture. This month we’re offering a choice of Sirloin steak or halloumi and peppers on the barbeque. Of course, there will be all the usual breads, onions, mustard and relish too.

Our brilliant Indian Runner, seasonal 4.1% IPA will be on tap along with a selection of our regular brands. There’ll also be wine, cider, gin and Prosecco to add to the fun.

If all goes to plan it’s going to be another great night at the brewery with a combination of food, music and good company. And of course, good beer.

We do hope you’ll join us.

Why not Waddle down to the brewery this Friday night

Come and try our new India Pale Ale (Indian Runner) with a delicious pie from the Chapeau Café

What better way could there be to start a Bank Holiday weekend than with a couple of pints and a delicious pie with good company in a beautiful place?

We think it sounds just perfect!

It won’t just be any ordinary night at the brewery either.

We’ll have our brand new 4.1% ABV session IPA on tap – brewed with all-British hops.

The zesty beer has a tang of grapefruit and lime in its flavour. It takes its name Indian Runner, from the ducks that feed outside the brewery on our spent grain each day.

Of course, we’ve got, gin, wine and cider lined-up too.

Delicious pies and peas are coming from the Chapeau Café and Farm Shop at Marton. The chef will be joining us and will be available wax lyrical about the wares from 6.00 pm

To top things off the Met Office is promising good weather. So, we have great expectations of being able to make the most of our beer garden and gazebo in what has to be the most picturesque brewery location in the country.

We do hope you’ll come and join us and if you can’t make it on Friday we’d love to see you any time over the weekend.
